Stand Overview

You will find a stand overview showing the booked and free tables for September 2009 from end of April under Downloads. It will be updated at least every two weeks. Stands marked green are still available, stands marked red are booked.

Tables are momentarily availabe in the entrance hall, and in three halls of the A2 Forum. If demand of tables will exceed this supply we will think of offering more stands in other areas. There's up to 12,000 square metres of exhibition area available.

When booking you can provide your preferences. These are not binding, but we will try our best to take them into consideration when giving away the stands. The stands are numbered with a key according to the stand overview. The first key refers to the area (F=foyer, 1/2= hall 1/2), the second to the position of the table group, the third to the table number. For example 1-09-10 means hall 1, table group 9, table 10. 2-W-49 means hall 2, wall row, table 09. Please use these numbers to identify your preferenced tables.

On expo day we will provide a list of vendors and a stand overview to allow orientation.
