Booking of Tables

In the future we will offer our tables per metre to cater the needs of smaller vendors with lesser space requirements. We will stick to tables with at least 70 cm depth, so you can present your animals and products appealingly. Your electricity supply and entry for one person per metre is included in this price already. Plus you will get not only table and seating but also enough room to move and store your belongings.
Due to current requirements the standplan must be modified and is not available. There's about 50 metres of tables left, just make use of the online booking form and provide the number of tables you are interested in.
Additional booking rules:
• Before you book tables in the venomous room, please refer to the special regulations for this area.
• If you want to book more than six metres, please contact us directly before.
• Corner tables are only available if you book at least two metres to avoid obstruction of others.
• If you like to offer feeder rodents, you must notify us with your booking.
• You can bring a maximum of eight people to your stand.
• One person per metre plus electricity is included in the price/metre.
As a special service for bookers of small stands, the first additional person per stand pays the normal entrance fee. The early entrance of additional persons (one per table) is possible, but they have to pay double the normal entrance fee. Why this rule? We want to restrict the number of non-vendors before official opening hours so the vendors can erect their stands without ruffle and the vets can control the stands. Please provide the total number of persons with your booking to reduce ruffle on the day of the event.
Attention: Vendors from abroad can pay via PayPal in the future.

Please notice: With sending the booking form you accept the Terms and Cons (sorry, available only in German) and the Fair Rules as binding.
After receiving your booking form we will notify you about the reception via e-mail. This e-mail is no confirmation of order. If you don't receive our notification within two weeks after your booking we probably didn't get it. Please repeat your booking in this case or contact us. You will receive our confirmation of order via e-mail or postal mail including your invoice. You must clear the balance within two weeks after the date of our letter. Otherwise your tables will be given to someone else.
On show day possibly remaining tables and those which haven't been occupied by the exhibitors at 9.15 hours will be given to other prospective exhibitors.
