BEE on 12. April 2008

Despite all negative impacts from competitors and other external sources I think the first Breeders' Expo Europe on 12. April 2008 was successful. Local authorities checking protected species and animal welfare were completely satisfied even though they were working under a lot of public pressure. Regional media staff was as pleased with organization and the atmosphere at A2 Forum as vendors and visitors were.

Even though several vendors missed the BEE due to pressure from two competitors, and number of visitors was low: The concept of the BEE is the right one as more than 50 personal e-mails and around 100 response sheets expressed. We received a lot of positive comments expecially for the service team. We will work on possible improvements until the expo on 30. August. From a personal point of view I was quite happy with the high numbers of vendors from abroad (about a third especially from Scandinavia) coming from 13 countries and showing some very rare and top quality animals. We will work on this to improve further.

And we will keep on offering lectures. Here you can check out the lectures we had in April in brief form. To get more information please click on he links. For the
